  1. Can I get samples?
    Yes, samples are available on broadloom wall-to-wall carpeting, carpet tile, and custom-bound area rugs (sorry, not available for standard offer area rugs). Please view our Samples Page for more info on samples.
  2. I’m looking for a specific product, but I don’t see on your website. Do you have it?
    There are products and whole brands we choose not to upload on our website for a whole variety of reasons. If there is a specific product, or even a whole brand that you are looking for, just send us an email through our contact page and we will be happy to do our best for you.
  3. How can I get more information about a specific rug or carpet?
    If you need more info about a product, please do not hesitate to contact us directly. We know a lot about rugs and carpet, and even if we do not know the answer off the top of our heads, we have access to resources that can get us the answer. We’re friendly, so feel free to just ask!
  4. Where do you ship?
    Our standard flat-rate shipping applies to anywhere in the Lower 48. We can provide a custom shipping quote for rugs or carpet shipped to Alaska or Hawaii – just contact us.
  5. What happens if there is damage during shipment?
    The rug or carpet is the responsibility of the shipper/freight company while it is in transit. Therefore it is imperative that you note and document any damage to the shipment when it arrives, before the driver leaves. Please thoroughly inspect the shipment while the driver is still present, and if any damage is apparent, please document with at least six (6) photos.
  6. What are your hours?
    As a way to keep costs down (and be able to offer you even better prices!) we do not guarantee that we are around to answer the phone during set business hours. That said, we typically are available between 10am and 4:30pm PST. If you have something you want to talk through on the phone, we recommend emailing us through our contact form and setting up a phone appointment at a set time where we can call you.
  7. Why do you have bigger discounts on some items than others?
    Pricing is very dependent on manufacturer. Some manufacturers let us set our own pricing as we want, others enforce minimum pricing standards. Clearance items always have their own complete set of rules. We are constantly working to get you the best pricing we can.
  8. Do prices change?
    Manufacturer’s pricing and shipping costs do fluctuate. Prices listed on our website are valid only when you can load them. If the website has changed, then the price has changed, effective immediately. If we issued you a custom price quote via email, then that quote is valid for 5 business days (unless otherwise noted). After that time you will need to get a new price quote issued, and we cannot guarantee that it will be the same price as the initial quote.
  9. Who can I hire to install the carpet I’m ordering from you?
    We are a nationwide retailer, so we do not know installers in your city or town. We would suggest getting a recommendation from a contractor or a local building supply store. Or a search for “Carpet Installer [city, state]” will turn up some results for you to choose from.
  10. What is your Return Policy?
    Returns can be accepted on entire orders and partial orders within 14 days of receipt. Returns are accepted on current non-discontinued materials. The return must be in unopened package and orders must be dated within 14 days from the date on the original receipt. A restocking fee of a non-negotiable 25% will be assessed to all returned orders. The cost of shipping the material is the responsibility of the customer and we are able to provide freight company options for your reference on large shipments. Refunds are given after the product has been received by the warehouse in good resalable condition. Please take extra time to package returns carefully so they arrive in good resalable condition. We are headquartered in beautiful Oregon, and our location in a sales-tax free state allows us to save our customers even more money by avoiding that painful sales-tax bill (except CA residents). Furthermore, without a brick-and-mortar location we keep our overhead low and can pass along those reduced costs to our customers in the form of cheaper prices. Without a brick-and-mortar store, we can also focus all of our resources on providing the very best customer service over the phone or via email.
